Beautiful hotel - the decor, layout, pool - all beautifully done. We slept in a double queen room that had a sliding glass door with a walkway to the pool, which was unexpected and very cool. The beds were so comfy. The pool was beautiful, even having a way to swim from the inside out. Privacy was great. The last hotel we stayed at (Comfort Inn in Bowling Green) we could hear the people in the next room talking, so I appreciated not being able to hear people in other rooms. There is also a laundry facility with a couple washing machines and a dryer if you need to wash clothes while staying. That was also nice. The gym has quite a few different machines, and seemed very well maintained and cleaned. All in all, we would totally stay there again if we go back to Nashville.

Did not eat breakfast there. Loved the whole experience except the walls are thin and you hear everything. Saturday night at 11 someone checked into the next room and threw a fit. Called front staff and told them there were black particles on her bed and wrinkled sheets and was slamming things around. Said she had been traveling all day and was clearly not happy. I think she was just tired and maybe a little snobby. I felt very sorry for the staff having to deal with that situation and from what we received, I do not think she was being very truthful. I want to apologize for her to the people she treated that way. Also want to say how exceptional the staff checking me in did. The 2 gentlemen were extremely helpful.

10/10 would recommend this hotel!! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request of a top floor, sunset view. We got to Nashville before 10 a.m. and thought we would call to see what the chances were we could check into our room early were, and they let us! We were checked in and in our room by 10:30 a.m. and it was great!! The room was exactly what we needed and more! The beds were soo comfortable and the view was amazing. I felt it was a great location (only 20 minutes to Broadway), near the airport, and felt very safe here. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit soon!

we liked the room the beds were very comfortable the pillows were amazing. we only had 2 issues. one being we booked that specific room because it was bigger, was corner room with amazing windows and a view but w hen we checked in and was given floor 3 I specifically ask if our view would be as good as if we were little higher she said it should be. well we had no view except of a roof with spotlight and air conditioning unit. we were too tired to ask for a different room. the other issue was the chairs at the pools for handicapped person were not in order.

The staff extended my family every courtesy we could possibly ask for or expect from anyone in the service industry. The young lady I spoke with at length provided directions for shopping, clothing, food, on-site food options, pool questions, and extra linen, and every question was answered to our satisfaction. Anything one staff member did not know they found out the answer in a timely manner and assisted us. Our eyes were very pleased with the decor, cleaniness, and feel of the hotel as a whole. The next time we are in Nashville Sonesta will be our hotel.
